Bulletin 28 FOREIGN INSURANCE COMPANIES WRITING TITLE INSURANCE IN INDIANA February 26, 1973 Please disregard any prior instructions you may have received concerning the filing and payment of premium taxes on a retaliatory basis or otherwise, pertaining to title insurance companies doing business in the State of Indiana. From this date all filings shall be made and payment of all premium taxes shall be paid through the Indiana Department of Insurance and calculated pursuant to Indiana retaliatory tax provisions, where applicable.
