Continuation of VMAP

Bulletin 80 CONTINUATION OF THE VOLUNTARY MARKET ASSISTANCE PROGRAM November 1, 1993 This Bulletin is directed to all companies writing property and casualty insurance in the State of Indiana. As you are aware, the Indiana Voluntary Market Assistance Program was created in January 1986 (see Bulletins #52, 66, 75, and 79). We believe that VMAP has been successful and that the Program should be continued. At this time, the Program does not need any additional funds to continue operating. However, if additional funding becomes necessary, the Department will issue another Bulletin advising each company of that need. Your cooperation has helped to make the Indiana VMAP Program a success and it is essential that you demonstrate your continued support. John F. Mortell Insurance Commissioner
