329 IAC 11-2-8.3 "Contingency action plan" defined

Sec. 8.3. "Contingency action plan" means a written course of action to be followed for the method or methods of waste management or
disposal if the facility is unable to operate or process solid waste for twenty-four (24) hours or longer.
