329 IAC 15-2-13.2 "Waste tire" defined

Sec. 13.2. (a) "Waste tire", as defined in IC 13-11-2-250, means a tire that is not suitable for the tire's original purpose. (b) A used tire that meets all criteria in section 13 of this rule is not a waste tire.
