329 IAC 15-3-12 Duration of a certificate of registration

Sec. 12. A certificate of registration issued under this rule expires on the earlier of the following dates: (1) Five (5) years after the date the certificate is issued unless a renewal application is submitted to the department in accordance with section 14 of this rule. (2) The date the department notifies the owner or operator that final closure has been completed in accordance with section 21 of this rule.
