329 IAC 16-1-2 Applicability

Sec. 2. This article applies to a person doing any of the following to e-waste:
(1) Collecting.
(2) Brokering.
(3) Storing.
(4) Recycling.
(5) Reselling.
(6) Dismantling.
(7) Demanufacturing.
