329 IAC 16-2-10 "Discard" defined

Sec. 10. "Discard" means to abandon by:
(1) disposal;
(2) burning or incinerating, including being burned as a fuel for the purpose of recovering usable energy; or
(3) accumulating, storing, or physically or chemically treating, other than burning or incinerating, instead of or before
disposal.
