329 IAC 16-2-46 "Storage" defined

Sec. 46. "Storage" means the retention, containment, or accumulation of e-waste on a temporary basis in such a manner that it does not: (1) threaten or potentially threaten human health; or (2) impact or potentially impact the environment. The term does not include speculative accumulation.
