329 IAC 1-2-6 Submittal of supplemental recording

Sec. 6. (a) All restrictive covenant modifications and terminations must be recorded in the same manner and with the same county recorder as the original restrictive covenant. (b) The owner shall provide a copy of the supplemental recording to the department within thirty (30) days of the recordation.
