329 IAC 3.1-3-1 Applicability of confidentiality of business information

Sec. 1. (a) The provisions for confidentiality of hazardous waste information in 329 IAC 6.1 apply to this article. (b) Hazardous waste information must be handled in accordance with the following applicable provisions: (1) 40 CFR 260.2(c)*, as added by 79 FR 7557 through 79 FR 7558. (2) 40 CFR 260.2(d)*, as added by 82 FR 60900. *These documents are incorporated by reference.
