329 IAC 4.1-2-2 Exceptions and additions

Sec. 2. Exceptions and additions to the definitions contained in 40 CFR 761.3 are as follows: (1) Delete the definition of "person" and substitute the definition at IC 13-11-2-158(a). (2) Delete the definition of "PCB and PCBs" and substitute the definition of PCB at IC 13-11-2- 155.
