355 IAC 3-1.5-3 "Approved" defined
Cite as Ind. Admin. Code tit. 355, r. 3-1.5-3
Sec. 3. "Approved" means any of the following:
(1) Tested and listed by a recognized testing laboratory as suitable for use with anhydrous ammonia and so marked or documented
by the manufacturer and traceable to the item.
(2) Recommended by manufacturer as suitable for use with anhydrous ammonia and so marked of documented by the manufacturer
and traceable to the item.
(3) Inspected and approved by the Indiana state chemist.
