355 IAC 4-0.5-1.5 "Certification" defined

Sec. 1.5. "Certification" means the status achieved by an individual who has demonstrated competency in a particular category by having
met the certification requirements established for that category. Certification shall:
(1) be assigned to the individual; and
(2) not be impacted by that individual's employment status.
