35 IAC 14-1-3 "Board" defined

Sec. 3. "Board" means the board of trustees of the Indiana public retirement system (INPRS) who administer the Indiana state teachers'
retirement fund. Whenever the term "TRF" is used in singular throughout this article, it means as administered by the INPRS board.
