35 IAC 14-3-8 De minimis overpayments

Sec. 8. If an active, inactive, retired, retired for disability, suspended, or deceased member's ASA account is below the de minimis amount as determined within 35 IAC 14-1-6, INPRS may elect to not collect the overpayment from the member.
