35 IAC 1.2-3-14 Omitted or missing employer contribution rate record

Sec. 14. In the event that PERF is unable to verify the employer contribution rate for a specific employer for a reporting period from historical records or other means, PERF may substitute and apply the employer contribution rate of the state of Indiana for the omitted or missing rate during the period for administration of PERF business.
