35 IAC 1.2-5-1.5 Distribution options

Sec. 1.5. (a) A partial distribution means any distribution from a member's defined contribution account that is less than one hundred
percent (100%) of the member's balance.
(b) A member may elect a partial or full distribution of the member's defined contribution account (ASA) consistent with IC 5-10.2-3-6.5 and 35 IAC 1.2-6-6.
