35 IAC 1.3-7-9 Withdrawal by political subdivisions; employer contributions

Sec. 9. If a participating political subdivision withdraws from participation in the plan as described in section 7 of this rule, the employees
of the participating political subdivision are immediately one hundred percent (100%) vested in employer contributions.
