35 IAC 2-1-7 Calculation of the 1977 Fund minimum benefit

Sec. 7. For the purposes of calculating the minimum benefit described in IC 36-8-8-18.1, the 77 Fund will adjust the minimum benefit calculation so that the amount credited to the ASA of the transferring member as of the day before the transfer reflects the actual amount transferred for that member.
