35 IAC 4-4-3 Actuarial assumptions

Sec. 3. This section applies to participants who died before February 1, 2018. In the case of a surviving spouse who is more than five (5) years younger than the deceased participant at the time of the participant's death, the amount of the annual survivor allowance shall be reduced by a factor equal to 0.03% (0.0003), multiplied by the number of months in excess of sixty (60) months, that the surviving spouse is younger than the deceased participant at the time of the participant's death.
