370 IAC 1-4-3 Violations; inspectors' duties

Sec. 3. The state egg board hereby requests the shell egg inspectors to follow the procedure outlined as follows when the product is found in violation of this article: (1) Discuss the problem with parties involved and request their cooperation in removing product from sale. (2) Call the state office when cooperation with the parties involved is not received. (3) Prepare the report in writing to the state egg board giving details of the violation and disposition of the product, with a copy to the party or parties involved in the violation.
