405 IAC 11-3-2 Provider reciprocity

Sec. 2. (a) Providers that are enrolled in the Medicaid program are enrolled in CHIP as long as they comply with the provider enrollment and eligibility requirements for Medicaid under IC 12-15 and rules adopted under that article. (b) A PMP who has filed an addendum to his or her Medicaid provider agreement to participate in PCCM is considered a PMP for CHIP PCCM.
