405 IAC 5-19-2 "Durable medical equipment" or "DME"

Sec. 2. As used in this rule, "durable medical equipment" or "DME" means equipment that can withstand repeated use, is primarily and customarily used to serve a medical purpose, and generally is not useful to a member in the absence of a disability, illness, or injury.
