405 IAC 8-9-10 Agency record; judicial review

Sec. 10. (a) The record of the administrative proceedings shall be that as defined in IC 4-21.5-3-33.
(b) If the appellant is not satisfied with the secretary's final action after agency review, he or she may file for judicial review in accordance
with IC 4-21.5-5.
(c) The appellant is required to seek agency review before filing a petition for judicial review.
