140 IAC 9-4-6.5 Cancellation of registration

Sec. 6.5. (a) The bureau may cancel a registration upon receiving notification from a non-Indiana state agency that the motorboat is
registered with that state agency.
(b) The person in whose name the motorboat is registered must surrender a canceled certificate of registration upon demand by the bureau,
a police officer, or a conservation officer.
(c) The cancellation of a registration does not determine ownership of the motorboat.
