105 IAC 10-1.5-3 Fees

Sec. 3. (a) The administrative fees for oversize/overweight vehicle permits are as follows: (1) Three dollars ($3) for an amendment to a permit. (2) Ten dollars ($10) for each bridge crossed on the route. (3) Thirty-five dollars ($35) for a cancellation. (4) Twenty-five dollars ($25) for a design fee. (5) Twenty-five dollars ($25) for an executive fee. (6) Ten dollars ($10) for a review fee. (7) Thirteen dollars ($13) for an amendment to a superload permit. (8) Six dollars ($6) for an extension of travel time. (b) The base fees for oversize/overweight single trip permits are as follows: (1) Twenty dollars ($20) for a vehicle with dimensions not more than: (A) one hundred forty-eight (148) inches wide; (B) one hundred sixty-two (162) inches high; or (C) ninety-five (95) feet long. (2) Thirty dollars ($30) for a vehicle with dimensions that exceed: (A) one hundred forty-eight (148) inches wide; (B) one hundred sixty-two (162) inches high; or (C) ninety-five (95) feet long. (3) Forty dollars ($40) for an oversize/overweight superload. (c) The base fee for an overweight load is twenty dollars ($20). (d) The per mile fees for oversize/overweight single trip permits are as follows: (1) Thirty-five cents ($0.35) for a vehicle with a weight of eighty thousand one (80,001) pounds to one hundred eight thousand (108,000) pounds. (2) Sixty cents ($0.60) for a vehicle with a weight of one hundred eight thousand one (108,001) pounds to one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) pounds. (3) One dollar ($1) for a vehicle with a weight that exceeds one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) pounds. (e) The per mile fees for an overweight single trip permit are as follows: (1) Thirty-five cents ($0.35) for a vehicle with a weight that does not exceed one hundred eight thousand (108,000) pounds. (2) Sixty cents ($0.60) for a vehicle with a weight from one hundred eight thousand one (108,001) pounds to one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) pounds. (3) One dollar ($1) for a vehicle with a weight that exceeds one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) pounds. (f) The per mile fee for an overweight superload single permit is one dollar ($1). (g) The fee for an annual sealed ocean container permit is eight hundred dollars ($800).
