410 IAC 16.2-3.1-11 Self-administration of drugs

Sec. 11. (a) An individual resident may self-administer drugs if the interdisciplinary team has determined that the practice is safe. (b) For purposes of IC 16-28-5-1, a breach of subsection (a) is a noncompliance.
