410 IAC 1-2.2-1 "Carrier" defined

Sec. 1. As used in this rule, "carrier" means a person infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) or tested positive for Hepatitis B surface antigen.
