Sec. 66. "Sexually transmitted disease" means local or systemic communicable diseases due to infectious agents, generally transmitted person-to-person by sexual intercourse or genital mucosal contact, including, but not limited to, the following: (1) HIV. (2) HBV. (3) HCV. (4) Gonorrhea. (5) Chlamydia. (6) Syphilis. (7) Chancroid. (8) Granuloma inguinale.
