410 IAC 32-1-64 "Recognized laboratory" defined

Sec. 64. "Recognized laboratory" means an environmental laboratory recognized by the U.S. EPA according to TSCA Section 405(b), 15 U.S.C. 2685(b)* as being capable of performing an analysis for lead compounds in paint, soil, and dust. *Copies of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) may be obtained from the Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402.
