410 IAC 38-2-13 "Illegally manufactured controlled substance" defined

Sec. 13. "Illegally manufactured controlled substance" means a controlled substance, as defined in IC 35-48-1-9 [IC 35-48-1 repealed by P.L. 186-2025 SECTION 248, effective July 1, 2025.], that has been illegally manufactured.
