410 IAC 3.2-1-28 "Processing an application" defined

Sec. 28. "Processing an application" means filling out the application form for the CSHCN program, all activity required for determining
whether a child is eligible or ineligible for health care services available through the CSHCN program, and notifying the applicant of the decision.
