410 IAC 3.6-1-20 "Vendor violation" defined

Sec. 20. "Vendor violation" means any intentional or unintentional action or omission of a vendor's current:
(1) owners;
(2) officers;
(3) managers;
(4) agents; or
(5) employees;
with or without the knowledge of management, that violates the federal or state statutes, rules, or regulations governing the WIC program.
