410 IAC 3.6-4-5 Second mandatory sanctions

Sec. 5. When a vendor, who previously has been assessed a sanction for a:
(1) six-year;
(2) three-year; or
(3) one-year;
disqualification, receives another sanction for any of these violations, the department shall double the second sanction. Civil money penalties
may only be doubled up to the limits allowed under 7 CFR 246.12(l)(2)(i).
