410 IAC 5-5-18 Temporary job site records

Sec. 18. Each licensee or registrant conducting industrial radiography at a temporary site shall have the following records available at that site for inspection by the board: (a) Appropriate license, (or certificate of registration) or equivalent document; (b) Operating and emergency procedures; (c) Applicable rules; (d) Survey records required pursuant to 410 IAC 5-5-17 for the period of operation at the site; (e) Daily pocket dosimeter records for the period of operation at the site; and (f) The latest instrument calibration and leak test record for specific devices in use at the site. Acceptable records include tags or labels which are affixed to the device or survey meter.
