410 IAC 5-6.1-21 "Calibration" defined

Sec. 21. As used in this rule, "calibration" means the determination of any of the following: (1) The exposure or reading of an instrument relative to a known exposure or air-kerma. (2) The exposure rate or air-kerma rate of the output of an x-ray or electron system. (3) The absorbed dose rate from an x-ray or electron system. (4) The air-kerma strength of a radioactive sealed source.
