410 IAC 6-6-13 Swimming pools

Sec. 13. All swimming pools operated as part of a mobile home community shall be operated and maintained in compliance with 410
IAC 6-2.1. Construction of the pool must be in compliance with a plan approved by the department of fire and building services.
