170 IAC 4-3-9 Deferred coordination

Sec. 9. Deferred General Co-ordination. While signal or supply lines when alone should conform to general co-ordinated methods, such lines, pending the incoming or development of the other kinds of lines, may, if deemed economically advantageous, occupy locations or use types of facilities, construction and operating methods other than those conforming to general co-ordinated methods. However, the location and character of such facilities should be altered when and as necessary to conform to these methods upon the incoming or development of another kind of facility conforming to general co-ordinated methods.
