410 IAC 7-15.5-10 "Food processing establishment" defined

Sec. 10. "Food processing establishment" means a commercial establishment in which food is manufactured or packaged for human
consumption. The term does not include a food service establishment, retail food store, bed and breakfast establishment, or commissary operation.
