170 IAC 4-6-20 Ratemaking treatment; ceasing AFUDC accrual

Sec. 20. A utility that receives ratemaking treatment under this rule for the value of its qualified pollution control property under
construction shall not accrue AFUDC amounts for the qualified pollution control property under construction receiving such ratemaking treatment
as of the date the commission issues its order granting the ratemaking treatment.
