440 IAC 11-1-12 "Other behavioral health professional" or "OBHP" defined

Sec. 12. "Other behavioral health professional" or "OBHP" means any of the following persons:
(1) An individual with an associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent behavioral health experience, meeting minimum competency
standards set forth by the CMHC and supervising licensed professional.
(2) A licensed addiction counselor, as defined in IC 25-23.6-10.5, and supervised by a licensed professional or a
QBHP.
