440 IAC 9-1-12 "Subcontractor" defined

Sec. 12. "Subcontractor" means:
(1) an entity or individual with whom the managed care provider or community mental health center directly contracts;
or
(2) another entity or individual with whom the managed care provider or community mental health center's subcontractor
contracts;
to provide financial services, administrative services, or one (1) or more services as a part of the continuum of care.
