440 IAC 9-2-1 Application

Sec. 1. (a) This rule applies to all community mental health centers and managed care providers certified by the division. (b) If a managed care provider or a community mental health center fails to meet the standards of practice set out in this rule, the division may: (1) change the managed care provider's certification to conditional certification; (2) terminate the managed care provider's certification; or (3) terminate the community mental health center's certification.
