170 IAC 6-1.5-32 Cost per lot

Sec. 32. The cost per lot shall be determined by:
(1) the total number of lots to be served by the main extension divided into the cost of the main extension; or
(2) the cost of the main extension shall be divided proportionately on the basis of respective lot frontage for all lots to be served by
the main extension.
