460 IAC 10-1-4 "Division" defined
Cite as Ind. Admin. Code tit. 460, r. 10-1-4
Sec. 4. "Division" means:
(1) the division of disability, aging, and rehabilitative services when the rule refers to a supervised group living program for
developmentally disabled individuals; and
(2) the division of mental health when the rule refers to a supervised group living program for mentally ill
individuals.
