460 IAC 14.1-20-5 Discontinuation of home modification services

Sec. 5. (a) A participant's home modification services are discontinued if the participant no longer has an open case with the VR program. (b) A participant whose home modification is discontinued is responsible for: (1) the costs of finishing the home modification; or (2) restoring the home to its original state, and removing incomplete modifications.
