460 IAC 14.1-21-1 Occupational tools, equipment, and licenses

Sec 1. (a) A participant may receive occupational tools and equipment whenever the participant needs tools and equipment to achieve the employment outcome identified in their individualized plan for employment. (b) A participant may receive assistance with receiving an occupational license or certification required by state or local government regulations for immediate placement or vocational training. This assistance does not include occupational license fees required to maintain a license or certification, such as periodic or annual license renewal.
