460 IAC 14.1-22-2 Upkeep, repair, and replacement of goods

Sec. 2. A participant is responsible for the: (1) upkeep of tools, equipment, medical and assistive technology devices, and other tangible goods; and (2) costs to repair or replace the items listed in subdivision (1) lost, damaged, stolen, or destroyed due to the participant's own negligence or abuse.
