460 IAC 14.1-26-2 Case closure for individuals who have achieved an employment outcome

Sec. 2. A participant has achieved their employment outcome and their case is closed under 34 CFR 361.56 after a participant: (1) receives the vocational rehabilitation services identified in their individualized plan for employment, and additional vocational rehabilitation services are unnecessary or inappropriate; (2) achieves the employment outcome identified in their individualized plan for employment; (3) is employed in competitive integrated employment and maintains their employment outcome for at least ninety (90) days; and (4) agrees with their vocational rehabilitation counselor they are performing the essential job duties of the employment outcome to the satisfaction of their employer.
