460 IAC 14.1-4-1 Involvement of applicant's or participant's family members and other advocates

Sec. 1. (a) If an applicant or a participant chooses to involve a third party in their case, including family members or advocates, they must provide written consent for the VR program to disclose information to the third party. (b) An applicant or a participant may withdraw consent for the VR program to involve a third party in their case at any time by providing the VR program notice in writing.
